Right of withdrawal

For purchases made remotely, the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within five (5) business days following delivery, when legally applicable.

Conditions

The consumer must communicate their decision within the deadline, prove the purchase, and return the product by the same means and in the same conditions in which they received it: unused, complete, with seals, packaging, accessories, and labels. The transportation costs and other costs of the return due to withdrawal will be borne by the consumer.

Exceptions

Withdrawal does not apply in cases exempted by law, including personal use goods, products that for hygiene or health reasons cannot be returned after being opened or unsealed, goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly, personalized products, and other exceptions provided in Article 47 of Law 1480 of 2011.

Therefore, adhesives, removers, superbonder, cleaning foam, and other cosmetic, liquid, sanitary, or personal contact products cannot be returned due to withdrawal if they have been opened, used, handled, or unsealed. This does not affect the warranty for manufacturing defects.

Procedure and refund

Write to Contacto@dezhma.co or +57 314 769 7851 within five (5) business days.

Indicate order number, name, ID, product, and decision to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Wait for instructions and authorization before sending the product.

Send the product to the authorized location, assuming transportation costs.

Once the product's condition has been validated, Dezhma will refund the sums paid without undue deductions or retentions, within the legal term, which may not exceed thirty (30) calendar days from the exercise of the right.
